Rosewood Residences San Francisco

Hines and Urban Pacific Development, in partnership with Goldman Sachs, have engaged international architecture firm, Pelli Clarke Pelli, to design a new San Francisco landmark. Located on Howard Street adjacent to Salesforce Park, this mixed-use high rise will include office, five-star hotel and private residences and stand over 800 feet tall, making it the fourth tallest building in San Francisco.

To optimally position the project for upcoming residential sales and San Francisco’s first super prime property, S&P has been retained at an early stage to advise on design, offering, marketing and sales. In November 2018, Hines announced that Parcel F’s 325,000 square feet of office was 100% pre-leased to Salesforce.
