Peter Dupuis represents the third generation of his family to work in the real estate business. Peter’s passion for market positioning, building high performance sales teams and creating market impact have led the company to explore luxury real estate markets around the globe.
Alongside Sid, Peter leads the process of crafting custom tailored marketing and sales strategies for each S&P project. Peter’s role doesn’t stop there, he is instrumental in connecting the strategy to creating sales impact through recruiting, selecting and motivating the world’s best sales teams to outperform the market and break records.
Peter’s personal passion for social change has led him to academia, first acquiring an MA from Simon Fraser University, where he developed the World Housing model. He is currently pursuing a PhD in social impact and informal settlement modeling from the University of British Columbia. As a design enthusiast, Peter appreciates objects of beauty and is a collector of vintage Porsches.
